BIKE SAFETY RESOURCES
Quick Rules1. Wear a helmet (properly)
When worn properly, helmets can prevent traumatic or even lethal brain injury. Ensure that your helmet fits snugly over the center of your forehead - not angled back. 2. Act like a car. When you're on a bike, you are a vehicle. Ride in the direction of traffic in the center of the lane. Obey traffic laws and use hand signals to indicate when you will turn. 3. Be visible. Invest in rear and frontal lights you can attach to your bike. Wear light or reflective colors, especially at night. Vertical Divider
